I am a mom of two. By 9 PM I have 45 minutes before I collapse. A 12-step skincare routine was never happening.
The 10-Minute Framework
Minutes 1-3: Face and teeth. Brush. Floss. Tongue scraper.
Minutes 4-5: Phone on charger, face down, across the room.
