Why Overnight Matters More Than You Think

Most oral care products are designed for the 30 seconds you use them. Then you go to bed and your mouth is on its own for eight hours.

During sleep, saliva production drops by up to 90%. Without it, bacteria multiply, pH drops, and volatile sulfur compounds accumulate. This is not a hygiene failure. This is biology.

The Oral Microbiome at Night

Your mouth contains over 700 species of bacteria. At night, anaerobic bacteria that thrive in low-oxygen, dry environments take over. They produce hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan. That is what morning breath actually is.

What Traditional Products Miss

Mouthwash works for 30-60 minutes. Most contain alcohol, which dries your mouth overnight.
